Work Schedule:

Day shift, full time. Some requirement evening and weekend work based on need.

• Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with community agencies, partners, and internal stakeholders to support outreach initiatives.
• Plans, evaluates, and tracks community outreach services, identifying needs and adjusting programs to improve outcomes and effectiveness.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations by managing reporting processes, monitoring risk, and consulting with legal counsel as needed.
• Develops and implements community engagement strategies while managing outreach budgets, resources, and operational processes.
• Supports and develops outreach staff through guidance, training, and representation of the organization at community events and meetings.
