We are hiring a full-time Lead Plumber to join our team!

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Installation of Water Heater, Tankless Water Heater, Water Filtration Systems, Toilets, Sinks, Vanity faucet, Garbage disposal, Shower head and cartridge
• ALL drain work, including Sewer machine, Camera machine, Pro Press Machine, and Sewer Pump Machine
• Mostly residential work with the occasional Church or small building
• Always help or assist with installation of all plumbing equipment/parts following company policies and manufacturer’s specifications
• Always help or assist the other plumbers with lifting and providing a second hand with all plumbing repairs/installations
• Always help or assist in receiving all materials and equipment required for each job, confirm and load them into company vehicle
• Provide necessary support to other team members to complete tasks on time as instructed by management
• Create and maintain cordial and collaborative working relationships with both superiors and co-workers
• Perform any other duty as directed by management
• Assist with properly stocking of company vehicle with necessary parts, returning unused and defective parts, and restocking as required

• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or licenses (where applicable)
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License
• Must pass background check and drug test

• $30 to $35 per hour
