Traveling Field Service Technician - Southeast

Drive your career forward—literally. We are seeking a versatile Field Service Technician for a role that is 100% travel, primarily serving our customer base throughout the Southeastern United States. If you are a technical jack-of-all-trades who thrives on the road and loves working with your hands, this is your next move.

Travel: 100% travel required. You will be on the road visiting customer sites across the Southeast.

Pay: Competitive base + all overtime over 40 hours paid at time-and-a-half.

Perks: $75/day per diem, company car, company credit card, and all hotels paid by the company.

Schedule: Generally Thursday/Friday through Monday/Tuesday (Peak service window).

Role: A high-impact mix of heavy mechanical work and precision electrical calibration.

• Performs a full range of servicing and repair service procedures including diagnostics, installation, removal and retrofits on a core set of equipment.
• Interacts with external customers for the purpose of determining service needs on equipment and ensuring overall high level of customer satisfaction with the service performed.
• Serves as a role model and exhibits professional appearance and behavior at all times, under the most difficult situations.
• Completes all required administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assists on training new hires and customer maintenance personnel.
• Proactively seeks ways to improve things. Recommends machine improvement ideas and suggestions for continuous product improvement.
• Assists Site Manager with planning installs and rebuilds.
• Works with customer support on adjustment manuals and updating trouble-shooting guides.
• Observes all safety, quality and other company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

• Mechanical Maintenance (3 years of experience is required)
