Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to work the evening shift (3:00-11:00pm), to undertake a variety of tasks relating to the upkeep and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and repair, and will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our premises.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Experience in operating hand and power tools.
• Ability to handle physical workload and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Must possess valid driver license

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of premises.
• Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, painting, and replacing parts.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with contractors and service providers when necessary.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
