Envolve Community Management owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States.

We are searching for a Maintenance Technician to work at one of our apartment communities in Forsyth, GA. The Maintenance Technician will perform general maintenance and repairs and apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing and electrical as well as assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and perform basic carpentry and general maintenance repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding the operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

• Three plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
• Available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal work hours are usually between 8am – 5pm, Mon‑Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required.
• Background screening and drug test required.
