ResponsibilitiesOur Diesel Mechanics are responsible for maintaining the engine and equipment on our waste collection trucks and providing courteous service to our truck drivers who operate these trucks daily. Our mechanics engage with our drivers and impact their community in a positive way.
Qualifications- Preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment according to standard schedules.
- Troubleshoot vehicle and equipment operations problems and make repairs.
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and equipment.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep a safe and tidy shop.
- Welds and fabricates parts as needed.
- Knowledge of vehicle and equipment operation, diagnostics, and repair principles.
- Skill in the use of tools and equipment and welding.
- Communication skills.

Full-time
Salary$25.00 - $35.00 per hour based on experience.
