We hiring motivated individuals to join our 1-Year Elevator Installation Apprenticeship Program. You train hands-on with a licensed elevator mechanic, learning a valuable trade that improves people lives. Ideal for mechanically inclined individuals looking to build a long-term career in a growing industry.
Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hr (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday Friday | Overtime Available

What You Do- Assist with installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators and accessibility systems
- Learn tools, safety protocols, and mechanical/electrical systems
- Work as part of a team to complete residential and commercial projects
- Keep job sites and equipment clean and organized
- Gain the skills to qualify for a mechanic license exam after one year
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow direction
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Valid driver license with clean record
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, crawling, etc.)
- Paid on-the-job training & mentorship
