As a Part-Time Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. You will manage access control and support a welcoming, secure environment. You will greet associates and visitors, verify credentials, track entries, and watch for unusual activity while conducting routine patrols around the property.

Using clear communication and customer service, you will help address security-related concerns quickly as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Control access to the property by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, managing vehicle and foot traffic at entry points, and documenting entries and exits per post orders.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, and surveillance feeds when assigned, and report irregular activity per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including coordinating notifications to site contacts and/or public emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, service areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access, and complete required activity logs and incident reports.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
