Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, drivers, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures.;
Control entry and exit at gates and/or lobbies by checking identification, verifying appointments and/or work orders, issuing visitor badges, and directing traffic to designated areas.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; document unusual activity and report incidents according to post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate notifications to site contacts and/or emergency services when directed.;
Complete required logs and reports such as visitor records, vehicle and trailer movements, and incident documentation; communicate relevant updates during shift turnover.
