• Perform duties as specified by Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and react quickly and efficiently to directives.
• Mentally analyze situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Stand or walk for extended periods, be accessible for phone communication, and work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions.

• One (1) year of security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean background; able to pass pre‑employment evaluation and random drug screens.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently.
