We are seeking a Performance Expert to strengthen the physical and psychological resilience and performance of Soldiers, Unit Leaders, Families, and Department of the Army Civilians at Army installations. The role supports the Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center Program, focusing on mental and physical health across Army units.

• Design and deliver holistic resilience training that enhances strength, conditioning, and performance, tailoring course material and conducting research to meet unit needs.
• Assess training impact through post‑session surveys, compile After‑Action Reviews (AARs) for each session, and provide quarterly data analysis to leadership within five workdays of completion.
• Provide instruction that links resilience and performance training to unit missions and higher‑level guidance, fostering professional climates built on trust, cohesion, and critical thinking.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology with a specialization in sport and/or performance psychology.
• Teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military and DOD personnel.
• Thorough knowledge of Army organizational structure, mission objectives, and policy.
• Certification to deliver lessons, evaluated and certified prior to performing PE tasks.

• Professional certifications or membership in associations such as AASP, CMPC, or ABSP, or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
