This is a full time position in Metro Atlanta, GA, for an in-home Salesperson. The Salesperson will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying client HVAC service needs, and recommending suitable Climate Heroes products and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing quotes, booking services, following up on leads, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the company and provide a top-notch customer experience.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
• Sales expertise, including the ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions
• Proficiency in generating and following up on sales leads
• Organizational skills, including the ability to manage client appointments and maintain accurate sales records
• Willingness to work anywhere in Metro Atlanta, GA, and a valid driver's license
• Experience in HVAC sales or a related field is preferred
• High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
