Join Stanley Martin Homes as an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager. This role covers neighborhoods in Guyton, GA, and Hardeeville, SC and requires a licensed realtor in SC and/or GA.

• Meet and greet customers professionally, consulting with them to determine their needs and requirements in a new home and community.
• Provide customer service to all prospective home‑buyers about Stanley Martin Homes and communities.
• Coordinate opening and closing of the sales office and/or model home as needed.
• Assist the Neighborhood Sales Manager with collection and documentation of pertinent homebuyer information and characteristics.
• Assist NSM with competitor analysis.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by manager.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions with customers and home buyers.
• Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.
• Adhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin.
• Maintain real estate license in good standing where applicable.
• Be available to support with special events as needed.

• Licensed realtor in South Carolina and/or Georgia.
• Ability to communicate professionally and consult with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
