ExpectationsAccomplish day‑to‑day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Demonstrate adherence to company policies and procedures, supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Take initiative in training and development to prepare for current and future challenges.
RolePerform day‑to‑day tasks in various areas of the Sales department, including managing monthly costs, billing parts, trading goods, and price negotiations.
Responsibilities- Collaborate and communicate across departments in the plant and HQ in Korea.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers on any sales‑related issue.
- Handle new model bidding, pricing and retro activity; perform additional tasks as required.
- Manage and report sales data.
- Daily sales billing and monthly closing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- 0‑3 years of experience or +3 years in sales within the manufacturing/automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS); preferred fields include Business Management or Industrial Engineering; equivalent experience is acceptable.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Intermediate mathematical skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Project management skills.
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
