As a Sales Development Representative, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise-wide sales initiative. We are looking for someone with a proven track record and hunger for success in our industry. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging lasting relationships with our customers.
What You’ll Do:Take ownership of nurturing and cultivating relationships with prospects throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sale support. Create a well-structured sales funnel through proactive prospecting to ensure a steady flow of opportunities for our sales team.
Employ strategies to generate appointments and drive traffic by meeting departmental activity targets, utilizing outbound calls, online inquiries, and other lead-generation techniques.
Communicate effectively with prospective customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and provide information about our RV products and services.
Use provided scripts and talking points for initiating and receiving calls.
Make 8-10 outbound calls per hour with the primary goal of scheduling sales appointments.
Use the CRM system to record and manage customer information, appointments, calls, and interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data for follow-up and tracking.
Stay informed about ongoing marketing campaigns and promotions, aligning efforts to leverage their impact on lead generation and sales conversion.
Track and analyze personal performance metrics, including appointments scheduled, calls made, sales achieved, and customer engagements.
Work closely with the Sales Development Manager, being receptive to coaching to improve departmental success.
Help ensure customer satisfaction by managing online reputation through review sites and social media outlets.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless journey from initial contact to sale.
Vin Solutions experience is a plus!
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Results-driven and motivated for sales.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong time management to meet responsibilities and reach goals.
Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills.
Prior CRM experience and computer savvy.
Previous sales experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
The pay range for this role is: $22,000 - $64,000, including commission and overtime pay. Full-time employees receive a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and more. Part-time employees have access to dental and vision coverage. For more information, visit:
Pay Range:$14.00 - $17.40 per hour
