Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products.;
Assist Store Manager in ensuring inventory management, merchandising presentation, and customer service.;
Assist in maintaining a safe working environment and protect company assets according to procedures.;
Assist in ensuring staff compliance with food handling rules and regulations.;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences.
