Location: Bethlehem
Dollar General - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire and train qualified employees to fulfill a store need.;
Conduct performance evaluations; identify gaps and provide solutions or counseling.;
Open the store at least two times per week; close the store at least two times per week.;
Review ordering plan and inventory management to meet in-stock targets; manage Basic Stock Replenishment (BSR) and cycle counts.;
Maintain a clean, well-organized store and ensure safety and security policies are followed.
