We are currently hiring for a Golf Pro Shop/Retail Attendant.

The Pro Shop Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of the resort and patrons of the golf course. This individual will assist customers with merchandise selection, handle cash transactions, schedule tee times, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Pro Shop and overall retail outlet.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of golf etiquette and equipment is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized Pro Shop/Retail area
• Process transactions accurately using a cash register
• Answer phone calls and schedule tee times
• Assist customers with merchandise selection and inquiries
• Provide information about the golf course and services offered
• Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and transactions
• Must be willing and able to work holidays and weekends as needed

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift and carry golf equipment and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
