The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours, including nights and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate the customer.
• Provide peak coverage during busy periods and perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution abilities.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise; shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle, often for extended periods.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.

• Ability to travel, push/pull up to 2000 lbs with equipment, lift overhead, and perform physical tasks including standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively and complete training requirements.
