Convenience Store Manager - $1,500.00 Sign on and Stay Bonus! – Hiring Immediately

Compensation: $42,000-$48,000 a year including bonuses. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits!

MyStop Convenience Stores along the I-75 corridor in Michigan have immediate openings for Convenience Store Managers to join and lead our team. As a Convenience Store Manager, you will use your tremendous customer service skills to ensure customers have an outstanding experience in our locations.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals for single and multi-site locations.

• A $1,5000 sign-on and stay bonus after working your first 90 days!

• Responsible for the overall successful operation of the store while maintaining company standards including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, inventory control, receiving, merchandising, loss prevention, and customer service
• Supervises, recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and communicates with all Associates
• Assess staff performance
• Demonstrates knowledge of store products and uses this knowledge to build sales
• Leads by example and maintains the highest standards of integrity, quality, and timeliness in all of our business practices
• Merchandises the store according to company directives
• Ensures security and safety of store; comply with all environmental and safety guidelines
• Adheres to attendance and punctuality standards
• Prepares and maintains merchandise displays

• Minimum 1 year of store management experience
• A high standard of customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A valid Driver’s License
