About the Company

Amantine is a French-inspired online women’s boutique known for romantic silhouettes, thoughtful detailing, and timeless femininity. We are entering an exciting growth phase and are hiring a full-time, studio-based team member in Hiawassee, GA (approximately two hours north of Atlanta).

This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility early: exposure to studio operations, fulfillment, customer experience, inventory systems, and decision-making alongside the founders. As the business grows, this position is designed to evolve into management, with the opportunity to oversee people, systems, and product lines.

• Run daily studio, fulfillment, and customer operations with care and precision
• Own order fulfillment standards, presentation quality, and returns
• Manage customer communication and issue resolution
• Organize inventory flow and product movement through Shopify
• Improve systems and workflows as volume increases
• Take increasing ownership as the role grows

• 1+ year experience in boutique, studio, retail, e-commerce, or fulfillment
• Comfortable with Shopify or quick to learn new systems
• Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Tech-savvy problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for moderate periods
• Interest in fashion and familiarity with basic fashion terminology
• BA/BS preferred (business, marketing, merchandising, design, accounting, or liberal arts)
• Bonuses:
