As Assistant Manager, you are a vital member of the management team who is also learning and developing essential management skills to advance your career. You will work closely with your management team and crew to ensure the success of your Fazoli’s Restaurant.

Work with and through others to accomplish goals. Lead by example and treat people from all walks of life with dignity and respect. Lead shifts, perform management functions such as inventory management, scheduling, cash reconciliation. - Integrity:

Apply previous restaurant management experience to day‑to‑day challenges – Guest service, sales building, marketing, HR, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance. - Competitive Spirit:

- Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Minimum Age: 18 years of age or older.
- Experience & Training:
- External Candidates: 12+ months restaurant management experience (casual dining/fast casual preferred).
- Internal Candidates: 6+ months experience as a successful Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
- All candidates must have open availability to work all shifts during the restaurant hours of operations and the flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise.
We’re currently hiring an Assistant Manager to join our team at Fazoli’s in Bonaire, Georgia. This position is primarily for night shifts and focuses on leading closing responsibilities, maintaining guest experience, and supporting team execution — not upper‑level administrative tasks like scheduling or inventory at this time.

Pay: Starting at $13‑$15/hour depending on experience.
Shifts: Evening/closing shifts with full weekend availability required.
Growth: We strongly support performance‑based growth within shift leadership and training opportunities.
