Job Summary This position is unique to Clean Eatz and differs from most host/hostess Front of House positions. We are seeking an experienced FOH Sales and Consultant to join our team and is committed to Health and Wellness through Food. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage orders and ensuring excellent experience. Your goal is to market and educate our customers about our unique meal plans, grab n go options, supplements, and menu choices as well as assisting them in their Wellness Journey.
The FOH maintains cleanliness and organization, stocking our marketplace coolers, and double freezers in the cafe. You will need to develop a rapport with our customers to provide a warm and welcoming experience.
We are looking for someone who is committed to our specialized market. We want you to help us increase sales and revenue, while establishing a regular customer base. We are all on a journey of health and wellness, and it helps to share your experience with like customers who may be struggling or need support.

We are looking for longevity of employment, to help you grow with our team, and move toward management in the Front of House. It will require the ability to up sale our products, encourage and support health & wellness, and work in a fast- paced environment, you will be a great asset to our team and we look forward to speaking with you.
Responsibilities- Take food orders in cafe and online, communicate with line, and ensure accuracy and presentation of all orders
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service, including education about our meal plans and supplements
- Maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the cafe.
- Education and encourage customers toward weekly meal plan and rewards program
- Explain our Clean Eatz Menus and grab n go meals
- Answer any and all questions related to MACROS, our brand and mission, and our role in their health journey
- Communication and knowledge of wellness and food as medicine
- Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification
- Familiarity with Brink POS software
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Ability to speak clearly and with confidence welcoming our customers
