• Overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10‑45 employees) to achieve guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and employee retention.
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and compliance.
• Work long/irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed.
• Report to an Area Coach and directly manage Team Members, Delivery Drivers, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant team, field operations, vendors, and customers.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1‑2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
