Required
- 10 + Years of related experience.
- 4 year technical degree or equivalent with additional certifications in inspection strategy & methodologies
- Lead inspection activities, ensuring the highest standards of compliance and safety across company operations.
- Oversee and guide inspection teams. Engage with stakeholders on inspection findings and recommended actions.
- Design and implement inspection procedures for enhanced accuracy.
- Mentor & lead teams of junior inspectors and ensure they are well trained.
- Drive initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in inspection practices.
- Extensive inspection experience with leadership roles.
