Description
Role DescriptionMain focus of this position is to focus on quality of product and promote continuous improvement activities while considering the customers and internal process perspective and communicating reports. This is accomplished from maintaining ISO/IATF management systems for quality. Progress should be reported considering quality indexes. This position is heavily involved with the inspection process of both product and quality controls methods and procedures.
RequirementsEssential Duties and Responsibilities Quality Assurance
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
- Implement and verify 4M change management.
- Implement 3A/5S Activity System.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Plan, conduct, monitor testing and inspection of materials & products to ensure finished product quality.
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Investigation internal and external quality issues by statistics tools for continuous improvement.

Education and Work Experience- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Prefer Industrial Engineering and chemical Engineering) or related
- ASQ Certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great oral and Written Communication Skills
