- Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
- Reconcile physical inventory to system records (ERP/WMS).
- Document count results and follow established procedures for adjustments.
- Identify and report patterns of recurring variances.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, including missing material, incorrect quantities, and mis located items.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine why discrepancies occurred.
- Collaborate with production, receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to correct records and prevent reoccurrence.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve accuracy.
- Ensure all inventory movements are promptly and accurately recorded.
- Assist with receiving, put away, picking, and staging as needed.
- Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities during handling.
- Support audits and physical year-end inventory counts.
- Maintain inventory logs, variance reports, and cycle count documentation.
- Monitor negative balances, open transactions, and aging inventory.
- Report accuracy metrics to management and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
- Advanced computer skills include experience with Excel and Word.
