What awaits you
  • Perform scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts.
  • Reconcile physical inventory to system records (ERP/WMS).
  • Document count results and follow established procedures for adjustments.
  • Identify and report patterns of recurring variances.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, including missing material, incorrect quantities, and mis located items.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to determine why discrepancies occurred.
  • Collaborate with production, receiving, shipping, and warehouse teams to correct records and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve accuracy.
  • Ensure all inventory movements are promptly and accurately recorded.
  • Assist with receiving, put away, picking, and staging as needed.
  • Verify part numbers, lot numbers, and quantities during handling.
  • Support audits and physical year-end inventory counts.
  • Maintain inventory logs, variance reports, and cycle count documentation.
  • Monitor negative balances, open transactions, and aging inventory.
  • Report accuracy metrics to management and recommend process improvements.
What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
  • Advanced computer skills include experience with Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
