The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the company's products and that processes meet the required standards. The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive industry and a strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards. This role will work for MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC. (MNAe).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Review and monitor field issues/warranty claims, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and to reduce defects
- Effectively produce analysis reports and presentations in a timely manner
- Manage and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports, process flow charts, and quality control plans
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to identify and address quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct audits of the company's quality control system and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality issues are identified and resolved promptly
- Complies with and promotes safety in the workplace

Required Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree (B.S.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for generating documents and reports
- Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
