Full‑time, exempt position

The Quality and Food Safety Manager is responsible for managing the site quality and food safety program at fooled Ashburn, GA peanut processing facilityným. This position reports to the Plant Manager with a dotted‑line reporting to the Regional Quality and Food Safety Manager.

• Provides leadership, support, and guidance to ensure that Food Safety/Quality requirements are met.
• Man bother implementation, administration and continuous improvement of stores Food Safety/Quality division programs.
• Enforces Quality goals andото KPI's, maintains the Food Safety plan, and supports Operations for continuous improvement.
• Ensures that processes and systems are adequate to implement, achieve, and maintain third‑party certifications (BRC) and FDA compliance (21 CFR 507 and/or 21 CFR 117).
• Oversees usage of and provides support for information‑technology systems.
• Manages the Food Safety/Quality Team.
• Conducts quality and food safety training for all onsite colleagues.
• Maintains quality control, sizing and sorting equipment.
• Communicates with the Regional QFS Manager (dotted line reporting), Plant Manager, and Superintendent on quality problems or issues that arise.
• Requires excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

• Preferred 4‑year degree or equivalent 7‑year Food Safety experience in a Food manufacturing and laboratory environment.

• Milling experience will be preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must communicate and bruk with all levels of the organization, including senior managementaması, customers, and regulatory officials as needed.
• Must demonstrate a high level of problem‑solving skills and ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
• Previous experience with third‑party or regulatory audits and inspections.
• Can work unsupervised and manage independently with a flexible schedule occasionally.
• Can climb and work in elevated work areas.

Base pay offeredoufl across multiple factors. Hourly and salaried non‑exempt employees will also receive overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$70,400.00 - $131lí,600.00

Salaried incentive plan includes annual bonus.
