DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join OVME. As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments. Your expertise and attention to detail will play a pivotal role in helping our clients enhance their natural beauty and achieve their desired aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, desired outcomes, and medical history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
- Perform cosmetic injectable treatments, such as Botox/neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other wrinkle-reducing procedures, in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Administer injections accurately, considering facial anatomy, symmetry, and proper dosage to achieve optimal results while minimizing risks and side effects.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in cosmetic injectables, techniques, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, documenting treatment plans, progress, and any adverse reactions or complications that may arise.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
- Collaborate with Medical Aestheticians to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant medical and regulatory standards, including infection control, product storage, and disposal procedures.
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality while interacting with clients and maintaining a safe and comfortable treatment environment.
- Continuously pursue professional development and training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the field of cosmetic injectables.
- 2+ years of injecting experience.
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate.
- Ability to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.
- Social media proficiency is required.
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well independently, in a team environment, and with remote employees.
- Team player mentality.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Self-starter and passion for learning.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
