DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center, supporting patients with end‑stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• No dialysis experience required.
• Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
• Float to various facilities during and after training.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
• Work as part of a supportive team in a positive environment.
• Deliver care to patients with multiple comorbidities, applying broad nursing skills and knowledge.
• Operate daily in a fast‑paced environment, using head, heart, and hands.

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification required if mandated by state regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completing the medical‑director approved training program and CMS guidelines before operating the water treatment system.
• BENON or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
• Minimum of one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita systems within 90 days of hire required.
