Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Interventional Cardiology team. This full-time role is predominantly clinic-based, with opportunities for hospital rounding and satellite clinic coverage in Claxton, GA (1 2 days per week). You will work closely with a team of experienced Interventional Cardiologists and Advanced Practice Providers, delivering high-quality cardiovascular care in a patient-focused and collegial environment.

Key Responsibilities Conduct cardiology evaluations and develop care plans in collaboration with supervising cardiologists Provide ongoing care for chronic cardiac conditions, pre- and post-procedure patients Participate in a 1:4 call schedule to ensure comprehensive care coverage Support satellite clinic operations with periodic travel to Claxton, GA Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with regulatory and practice standards Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Georgia Experience in cardiology (especially interventional) strongly preferred Board certification as an NP or PA-C highly desired Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and teamwork skills Availability to begin following credentialing completion Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary tailored to experience Full suite of health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with employer contributions Generous PTO, CME allowance, and professional development support Occurrence-based malpractice insurance (no tail coverage required) Located near Nichols, GA, offers a welcoming community known for its signature sweet onions and Southern hospitality.
