RN Nurse Supervisor

WE'RE HIRING A FULL-TIME RN SUPERVISOR FOR THE DAY SHIFT. 12‑HOUR SHIFTS.

Our pay range (RNs) begins at $43.60 an hour and increases based on your established experience. Our ranges cap at $51.35. The final pay rate is determined at the facility level after verification of experience. Wage shift differentials are offered for 2nd/3rd shifts and specific leadership roles. Pay is received every Friday (weekly).

• Responsible for the safe and efficient management of a long‑term care patient area and/or nursing department shift.
• Plan and direct the activities of assigned staff and oversee the execution of quality patient care.
• Comply with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care.
• Take and record resident vital signs and collect laboratory specimens as directed.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse from the Georgia State Nursing Board.

• Possess ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Be capable of maintaining effective working relationships with patients, family members, department heads, and fellow associates.
