Registered Nurse (RN) – Georgia Hospice Care

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Communicate patient status and care needs to family members and interdisciplinary team.
• Serve as team leader to ensure quality, timely care for each patient.
• Participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school and current state RN license.
• 2+ years clinical nursing experience (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80–100 lbs and physically perform nursing tasks.
