The Marketing Specialist will create and distribute positive branding messages and collateral for the company’s services.

Metro Atlanta, GA (Hybrid: Field & Office-Based)
Reports To:
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Compensation: $30.00 Hourly
Part-time: 15 Hours weekly

As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a high-performing creative Marketing Specialist to drive brand growth by developing, executing, and monitoring strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities /Skills- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Develops, implements, and manages social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost engagement
- Knowledge in SEO/SEM tactics to generate leads to product pages or the company website
- Collaborates with the sales and operations team to develop branding messages.
- Identifies target customers and markets.
- Collects and compiles customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.
- Forecasts and analyzes sales trends, marketing strategies, and service performance.
- Prepares and presents reports summarizing information; makes recommendations based on analysis.
- Develops and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
- Facilitates innovative and out-of-the-box strategies and campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of major platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Hub Spot CRM, and related software.
- One to three years of experience in marketing (digital and traditional) or sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
