What You’ll DoAs a Production Supervisor at Nucor Tubular Products in Cedar Springs, you will drive success by leading a team to achieve and exceed production targets in the safest, most profitable way. You will concentrate on day‑to‑day operations, ensuring tasks are completed and immediate goals are met. You will directly oversee a team of about 8‑20 teammates and manage revenue of about $40 million dollars.

- Motivate others to work together and create a positive work environment
- Coach and develop teammates for success by providing regular and constructive feedback
- Direct, plan, organize, and execute the work activities of the production team to reach department and divisional goals
- Lead continuous improvement by setting SMART goals
- Drive profitability by optimizing the production process to achieve high value through low costs
- 5 years of demonstrated experience leading teams
- 2‑4 years of experience in manufacturing environments and high‑pace production lines
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that can include 60+ hour work weeks – days and night shift included
- Proficiency at creating Excel spreadsheets
- Proficiency in developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations
- Experience in powder coating, high frequency welding or galvanizing is a plus, but not a requirement
- Willingness to relocate is a plus
