** GA** . The successful candidate will be reliable, committed, and eager to grow into various positions, including general labor, machine operators, and forklift operators. The starting rate for this position is $18.58 per hour with the potential to grow to $27.82 per hour based on skill level and experience.

** What You'll Do*
* + Complete clean-up and ground maintenance of regularly assigned area.

+ Assist with keeping a steady flow of lumber throughout the mill by straightening lumber cross-ups using a pickaxe or chain saw, as necessary.

+ Develop skills across various machine centers and take on new responsibilities as you grow within the company.

+ Perform any other work-related task deemed necessary by the supervisor.

** What You Offer*
* + High School Diploma/Equivalent Preferred.

+ Prior manufacturing/warehouse/lumber operations experience preferred.

+ Able and willing to work in varying seasonal climate conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Walking, standing, climbing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
