This position is a critical component on the coater team. It provides versatility to allow the coater to run smoothly while the individual learns new responsibilities, increasing their importance to the team.

• Assist with sew‑on
• Assist the Shearing Operator
• Assist with roll‑up
• Assist with slitting
• Assist with cutting cores and stocking core area
• Maintain housekeeping within the coating department
• Other various job duties assigned by the supervisor
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to be an effective team member
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to bend, stoop, stand for a 12‑hour shift
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency is preferred
• Basic English grammar and math skills required
