** Loader Operator

** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production.
* Load materials into trucks, hoppers, and processing systems with accuracy.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance.
* Monitor material quality and report issues promptly.
* Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.##
** What We Are Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
* Strong awareness of safety practices in an industrial setting.
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, consistent, and attentive to operational detail.
* Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting mechanical needs.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $22.50 to $33.01 per hour
