Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Supervise production associates, develop team members, coach, motivate and train associates to high performance levels in a manufacturing environment.
* Lead lean processes and continuous improvement.
* Resolve production line issues and troubleshoot problems.
* Maintain accurate account of production metrics and report any discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
* Cross-train in other functional areas in order to support the manufacturing facility for special projects and assignments.
* May flex between shifts, as needed.

Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.), may include specialized or vocational courses.
* Three to Five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
* Ability to work additional overtime hours when needed.
* Microsoft Office Computer Skills
* Knowledge and experience with SAP preferred.
