Ranew's Companies is seeking an Industrial Painter to join our team in Milner, GA.

Industrial painters apply paint and other coatings to a variety of materials and surfaces… and work as part of a team. We are looking for Industrial Painters with real industrial coating experience, Liquid Spray or Powder Coat.

Location: Milner, GA
Salary: $14 - $18 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift)

• Primary Responsibility - Painting and coating surfaces. Other Responsibilities -
• Prepare Paints - Before starting a job, industrial painters prepare the paint they will use. They use measurement equipment such a viscosity cups, thickness gauges and gloss gauges to check the makeup of the paint and use their understanding of chemistry to mix the appropriate compounds for the job.
• Apply Paint - Painters use a variety of techniques and tools to paint surfaces. They will use spray equipment, rollers or brushes. Industrial painters must choose the best tools for the job y paint on primers, pre-finishes and finishing coats. Some industrial painters must use special equipment such as self-contained suits or protective wear.
• Clean Work Areas - Industrial painters clean up the area after they have finished a job. They must carefully follow all guidelines for the safe handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and waste.
