We are currently seeking a skilled Truss Welder II to join our team. The Truss Welder will be responsible for welding truss components to precise specifications, ensuring quality welds and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess advanced welding skills, including the ability to read detailed drawings, perform complex fit-up, and utilize various welding equipment and filler metals.

- Pass a tape measure test to ensure accurate measurements.
- Read detailed drawings to understand welding requirements.
- Perform complex fit‑up of truss components for welding.
- Preheat and post‑heat metals as needed to ensure proper welding conditions.
- Produce quality welds that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Previous experience as a welder or similar role required.
- Proficiency in reading welding detailed drawings to understand welding requirements.
- Advanced welding skills, including complex fit‑up and utilization of various welding equipment and filler metals.
- Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding processes for different materials and components.
- Ability to produce quality welds that meet or exceed industry standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers and other tools.
- Commitment to safety protocols and procedures for welding operations.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various positions and environments.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet production targets.
