Requires attentive employee(s) to multitask between two operating systems. One system is robotic, while the other is separation machinery. Both systems must be operated in unison for machinery functionality. This employee must maintain a quickness and levelheadedness to ensure proper chick flow is being met while also keeping flocks in proper run order. There are many moving parts to this equipment.
Employee must prioritize caution in all safety guidelines.
Requires a skilled employee(s) to navigate the machinery in removal of hatching eggs in a precise manner that doesn’t cost hatchability within handling. Employee(s) must be able to run machinery resulting in optimal efficiency and troubleshooting when needed. Must adhere to all safety guidelines related to robotics daily. Maintaining accurate production logs and records are a vital key in keeping consistency.
