• Functional leadership on-shift for employees in the Meat Preparation, Processing, Retort, and Packaging departments and direction to the Maintenance Team as required.
• Safe and efficient operation of the production on-shift with specific responsibility for one line.
• Manage the production schedule to ensure the right product is produced at the right quantity at the right time.
• Manage the timing and execution of changeover, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
• Coach and develop competency in the NCE methodology, especially Continuous Improvement, Leadership Development, TPM, and Goal Alignment.
• Provide an environment that builds and strengthens the team concept and sets the culture of Zero Safety Incidents and Zero Quality Defects.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Planner/Schedulers to ensure timely execution of CIL activities by the production team.
• Manage work schedule coverage daily to support time off, training & development, and TPM activities while maintaining safe, quality production.
• Willing to work night or swing shift.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a maintenance, manufacturing, military, or related environment
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related environment

The approximate pay range for this position is $66,000.00 - $.
