Position OverviewShaw Industries is looking for a Finishing Utility Relief on 3rd Shift who will play an important role in the manufacture of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, interested in learning various skills, and who enjoy problem solving.

Responsibilities- Responsible for relieving on all front end coater jobs during breaks and absences and keeping cores.
- Greige good wraps, and sew-on waste organized.
- Relieve Console Operator, Direct Coater, Froth Machine Operator, Hyster Driver, and Sew-On Operator during breaks or absences.
- Keep core buggies, sew-on waste boxes, and greige good wrap containers available.
- Use lift truck to move core buggies, waste, and greige good wrap to proper locations.
- Use pole lift truck to pull rolls for coater when needed.
- Assist in keeping work areas in a clean, orderly manner.
- Miscellaneous duties as required.
