We are actively hiring a Wire Harness Assembler to join our skilled production team, manufacturing high-quality electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies. Our products are trusted by leading companies in the commercial LED lighting, smart lighting controls, and industrial technology sectors.

• Read and interpret detailed work instructions, wiring diagrams, schematics, and wire lists.
• Select wires of specific color codes, lengths, and markings as required by production needs.
• Route and tie wires on harness boards following diagrams or sequential numbering.
• Use tools including tie-wrap guns and wire cutters to secure wire bundles.
• Maintain organized workstations and follow safety and quality protocols.
• Track and report work progress through hourly production logs and inspections.

• Previous experience in electrical assembly or wire harness manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and follow step-by-step instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Dependable, team-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
