Pay Rate: $20.00 - $37.00 per hour
Shift: 1st or 3rd Shift

What You Need:- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school preferred
- Minimum 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred
- Welding/fabrication and use of precision measuring tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
- Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to guide maintenance and repair work
- Support the installation of new equipment and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Respond promptly to equipment failures to minimize production downtime
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment
