Supply Coordinator

The Supply Coordinator is responsible for managing procurement processes for the whole of the organization and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

Positions in Ellabell.

Reports to Supply Manager.

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 or more years purchasing experience preferred
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented; able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Ability to use a computer for inventory management purposes;
  Microsoft Office Suite a plus

• Create and submit vendor purchase orders
• Track all open orders to their completion
• Build relationships with existing vendors and identify new vendors to service emerging needs
• Identify procurement processes to be improved or made more efficient
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, including the proper use of PPE
• Provide support to warehouse employees

• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality in every task performed
