Entry Level Production Trainee (Machine Shop / Saw & Radius)

Responsibilities- Immediate openings for Production Trainees in Machining / Saw and Radius Department for Night Shift.
- Must be able to work Night Shift (Mon–Thurs 8pm–6am) and overtime; overtime may be required on Fridays.
- Production Trainees start at $21/hr with pay increase after level 1 qualifications (within 3½–6 months).
- Candidates will be subject to a 90‑day probationary and training period.
- Perform tasks including setting up and operating equipment for machining and inspections, operating hand tools, and other general manufacturing work.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
- Must be able to work any shift, including night.
- One or more years of manufacturing experience preferred; experience operating mobile equipment, hand tools, CNC machining and machinist certification preferred.
- Weekly pay; shift differential for night shift.

Continuously required to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection and hard hats. Ability to use computers, read and understand work instructions, hear and understand verbal instructions. Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms; ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 lbs. independently. Ability to keep or regain balance or remain upright when walking on varying surfaces.
Ability to make precisely coordinated movements with fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, place or assemble.
