Lade Electric Supply, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch Manager to join our team. This position will be located in our Ball Ground, GA location.

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of branch operations including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
• Drive branch profitability through strategic planning, operational oversight, and continuous improvement.
• Hire, mentor, and develop staff to achieve business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
• Develop and execute a branch business plan aligned with company goals.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and financial reporting, including P&L management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align local efforts with broader corporate strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• 3--5 years of outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Prior management or supervisory experience, ideally in electrical wholesale.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Eclipse Solar ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Proven ability to drive results and manage operational and financial responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
